I offer psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. I obtained my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Cape Town and am registered as a clinical psychologist with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

Issues I regularly work with relate to:

  • Relationship difficulties
  • Low self-esteem
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Motherhood and its challenges
  • Life challenges (for example: divorce, seeking new employment, change of life stages)
  • Bereavement
  • Personality difficulties

NO NEED TO HURRY, NO NEED TO SPARKLE,
NO NEED TO BE ANYBODY BUT ONESELF

As a psychologist, I’m interested in the wonderfully unique aspects that make you YOU. As people, however, we can often lose touch with who we are. We can become strangers to ourselves, often feeling lost and misunderstood. Therapy is about forming a connected relationship with self, where all the parts that make you YOU are understood and felt. Sometimes these parts don’t fit in with what is expected of us by others, or even of ourselves, but getting to know them is probably one of the most important (if not the most important), and potentially empowering, tasks of our lives.

If you feel like therapy could be useful for you, or if you are struggling with any of the above issues and have questions, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with me:
